Deal Tracker
The tracker screens SEC filings and the press wires every morning and pulls the transactions out: who bought whom, on what terms, advised by which firms. The ten most recent are below — free, and without an account.
The preview below is free. The archive, the filters and the watchlists are the paid tool.

Refreshed every half hour, exactly as the filings and press releases disclosed them. Where a price was not disclosed, the table says so rather than guessing one.

How the table is built
Everything in the rows above came out of a document somebody filed or published. This is what happens between that document and the table.
Every morning
EDGAR 8-Ks, merger filings and tender offers, plus the press wires and the advisors’ own announcements. Three days are re-read each time, because late filers exist.
Then
Buyer, target, seller, terms, status and the advisors on each side, pulled from the text by pattern. Four documents about one deal collapse into one row.
Never
A value appears only if the document stated it, in the words the document used. No revenue guesses, no multiples, no modelled enterprise value.
What this is not
Every one of these is a decision rather than a gap — and each is something other deal databases sell, which this one declines to.
If the filing did not say what the transaction was worth, the row says Not disclosed. Most midmarket deals disclose nothing, and a number invented to fill the column would be the least trustworthy thing on the page.
No fit rating, no quality tier, no heat. A ranking is a judgment about your strategy, which the tracker does not know and is not going to guess at.
Advisory firms are named, with the side each one represented. The bankers and lawyers the press release also names are left out of the record.
A deal you add yourself stays in your account. It is never merged into the shared corpus other subscribers read, and it leaves with you if you close the account.
Ten rows are free. The archive, the sector and value filters, the advisor tables and the watchlists that email you are the tool.
